This is my second time working with MJ. When I moved for work the relocation company automatically assigned me an agent, but I changed it to MJ because I have worked with him in the past and he just makes things easy. On this last go around I was out of town 90% of the time, but he managed to sale our home a lot faster than most homes on the market.
